Eligibility for Returns

Refund Process

To initiate a return, contact us at info@snugglecub.in with your order number and details of the issue. Once we approve your return request, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In the case of a return, you may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or damaged.
